Informational Session on H-2A and H-2B visas

What:  U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, in partnership with U.S. Department of Labor, would like to extend an invitation to the Haitian community to learn more about the H-2A and H-2B programs. These programs allow U.S. employers to bring foreign nationals to the United States to fill either temporary agricultural jobs or temporary non-agricultural jobs. This informational session will focus on the specific conditions that an employer must meet when filing for temporary labor certification pursuant to H-2A and H-2B regulations.
