Si M Pa Rele is a report published by Haiti’s National Commission of Truth and Justice documenting rights violations, special inquiries, repression, and recommendations for justice following the 1991-1994 military dictatorship in Haiti. The Commission included 13 members, 8 temporary collaborators, and 44 Haitian and foreign human rights investigators. The final report draws from over 7,000 interviews with victims and information from human rights organizations across Haiti.
