U.S. Rep. Clark writes Secretary Kerry expressing “deep concern” about Haiti’s electoral crisis

Congresswoman Katherine Clark has written to Secretary of State John Kerry urging that the U.S. change its position on Haiti’s current elections. Though the electoral process thus far has been marred by fraud and other irregularities, the U.S. government has been urging Haiti to push forward with the elections regardless. In her letter, Rep.
