Vermont Senator Speaks Out on DR Statelessness Crisis

Senator Patrick Leahy of Vermont has issued a strong statement against the current crisis in the Dominican Republic (DR). In it, he emphasizes the tensions between DR and Haiti, the state of fear that Dominican-Haitians are living in, and the incapacity of the Haitian government to support all those who are fleeing DR or stand to be deported.
