PM Lamothe Replacing Half of Haiti’s Cabinet

Haitian Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe announced April 2nd that he’s replacing 11 Cabinet members. Read about some of the new appointments below. There had been talk since November that Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe wanted to change ministers because of grumblings in the government that some of them couldn’t pull their weight.
