Blaine Bookey, Esq., staff attorney for the Institute for Justice & Democracy in Haiti, speaks on CKUT radio about a recent delegation investigating rape and other gender-based violence in the internally displaced persons camps in Haiti.  She emphasizes the failure of the Haitian government and the international community in protecting Haiti’s women and girls and preventing and punishing assaults.
