Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti (IJDH), the Bureau des Avocats Internationaux (BAI), and Kurzban, Kurzban, Tetzeli & Pratt (KKTP) write to Columbia University Press regarding the publication of Ban Ki-moon’s 2021 memoir entitled Resolved: Uniting Nations in a Divided World, which contains false statements about the efforts of cholera victims and their legal representatives to obtain justice in the face of the UN-introduced cholera epidemic in Haiti.
